...to approve the proposed schemes listed in Annex 1 of the report for inclusion in the submission to Transport for London (TfL) for the Local Implementation Plan (LIP) Programme 2026/27, and to delegate authority to the Director Highways, Transport and Regulatory Services, in consultation with the relevant Portfolio Holder, to approve any necessary adjustments and prioritisation of the schemes if TfL funding levels change.
