Key decisions included approving the risk management updates for Burnham Beeches and Epping Forest, updating the roles of Epping Forest Constables and Authorised Officers, and approving the Epping Forest Care and Maintenance Agreements. The committee also discussed revenue and capital budgets for 2026/27 for both Burnham Beeches and Epping Forest.

Equity, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Sub-Committee - Thursday, 20th November, 2025 10.30 am

The Equity, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Sub-Committee were scheduled to discuss the City of London Police's EDI strategy, proposed changes to the sub-committee's terms of reference, and the Social Mobility Employer Index results. Verbal reports were also expected from the Equalities Director and the Director of Campaigns and Engagement.

Senior Remuneration Sub-Committee - Thursday, 20th November, 2025 3.15 pm

The Senior Remuneration Sub-Committee was scheduled to meet to discuss the Town Clerk and Chief Executive's appraisal and remuneration package. The meeting was also scheduled to agree the minutes of a previous meeting, and to discuss any other urgent business.

Planning Applications Sub-Committee - Tuesday, 28th October, 2025 10.30 am

The Planning Applications Sub-Committee of the City of London Corporation met on 28 October 2025 to consider planning applications. The Sub-Committee was scheduled to discuss an application for the erection of a self-build single storey dwelling with detached single storey garage and gardens on Baltic Street West and to review the minutes of a prior meeting. They were also scheduled to note valid planning applications received by the Environment Department, and delegated decisions of the Chief Planning Officer and Development Director.
