The Cabinet of Harrow Council approved recommendations on 11 June 2026. They noted the timetable for the preparation and consideration of plans and strategies and authorised the Monitoring Officer to vary it if appropriate.

Harrow Council's Cabinet decided on 11 June 2026 to recommend to Council the approval of the publication of the pre-submission version of the West London Waste Plan for comment. The Cabinet also recommended that delegated authority be given to the Chief Planning Officer to make minor modifications and submit the plan to the Secretary of State. The decision included recommending that the Regulation 19 Proposed Submission version of the West London Waste Plan be used for development management purposes.

The Cabinet of Harrow Council approved the membership and terms of reference for Cabinet Advisory Panels and Consultative Forums, including the appointment of Chairs and Nominated Members. This decision was made on 11 June 2026. The approved memberships and terms of reference are detailed in Appendices 1 and 2 of the report.

The Cabinet of Harrow Council approved the appointment of Portfolio Holder Assistants and the payment of Special Responsibility Allowance to them from 11 June 2026. The decision was made by the Cabinet of Harrow Council on 11 June 2026. The council will pay a Special Responsibility Allowance of £4,725 per annum to each appointed Portfolio Holder Assistant.

Harrow Council's Cabinet approved recommendations for Harrow Careline on 11 June 2026. The Cabinet delegated authority to the Strategic Director of Resources and Innovation to execute agreements with Lambeth Council for their Careline service and with other local authorities assessed as beneficial. This includes delegating authority to execute any agreements reached with such authorities and to make necessary amendments to existing agreements.
