The Cabinet of Haringey Council decided to note the forecast revenue outturn variance for the General Fund, the net Dedicated Schools Grant forecast overspend, and the net Housing Revenue Account forecast overspend. They also approved revenue budget virements and receipt of grants, and proposed budget adjustments and virements to the capital programme.

The Cabinet of Haringey Council approved the commencement of a procurement exercise for an integrated Substance Misuse Peer-Led, Harm Reduction and Outreach Service. They also approved the award of the contract to Bringing Unity Back Into the Community (BUBIC) for this service from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2029, with an option to extend. The decision was made on 15 September 2026.

Haringey Council's Cabinet decided to approve the variation and extension of an Inter-Authority Agreement for the pan-London online sexual health service. The decision, made on 15 September 2026, extends the agreement for 12 months with an option for a further 12 months. This includes approving an estimated value of £620,000 for the initial 12 months and a total of £1,240,000 for 24 months.

Haringey Council's Cabinet decided on 15/09/2026 to approve the commencement of a procurement exercise for an enhanced environmental enforcement contract. The council will tender for enforcement of specific offences listed in Appendix 1. The outcome of the procurement is expected to be cost-neutral to the council, with the council retaining a proportion of collected Fixed Penalty Notices.

The Cabinet Member Signing decided on 07/09/2026 to approve the commencement of procurement processes and entering into Access Agreements with Croydon Council and Barnet Council. This will allow Haringey Council to call off services from their respective framework agreements for the provision of Internal Audit Services. The decision includes awarding call-off contracts to Forvis Mazars Public Sector Internal Audit Ltd (Mazars) for services from Croydon Council for up to £2.0m, and to providers from Barnet Council's framework for up to £1.5m with an option to extend for an additional £2.5m.
