The Liverpool City Region Combined Authority approved recommendations regarding the Strategic Investment Fund on 12/06/2026. The Authority noted the fund's performance update and agreed to changes for the Liverpool City Region Ventures (LYVA Labs) project, including a Phase 1 completion date extension to 31st December 2027. The Authority also noted immaterial and intermediate changes made to other Strategic Investment Fund projects.

The Liverpool City Region Combined Authority approved a material change request for the Halsnead Symmetry Park project on 12 June 2026. This decision increases project outputs to 86,400 sq m of floorspace, confirms the maximum grant remains £3,791,674, and extends the project completion date to 31 March 2031. The authority will delegate authority to the Executive Director of Investment and Delivery to agree variations to the Grant Funding Agreement.

Liverpool City Region Combined Authority approved recommendations on 12/06/2026. The decision maker delegated authority to the Executive Director – Place, in consultation with statutory officers, for the award of the Local Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (LEVI) Concession Contract. This decision allows for the procurement process to conclude and a supplier to be appointed for the delivery of electric vehicle charging infrastructure across the region.
