The Audit and Governance Committee decided to note updates on the ethical framework, including Code of Conduct complaints and the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman's letter. They also recommended adopting updates to the Constitution and Code of Conduct, and approved an updated Gifts and Hospitality Policy. The Growth Committee noted the allocation of £26.1m in capital funding for the Brownfield Housing Fund, subject to agreeing and signing a Memorandum of Understanding with the Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government. They recommended delegating authority to the Executive Director of Place and Economy to finalise and sign the MOU.

Growth Committee resolved that Cllr Hathorn be appointed as Vice-Chair of the Committee on 23 June 2026.
