Councillors voted to approve the recommissioning of active recovery beds, and the SEND strategy, and to adopt the rights of way improvement plan. However, they voted to reject the adult social care strategy, sending it back for further review and engagement.

Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority - Employment and Skills Board - Wednesday, 15th October, 2025 2.00 pm

The Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority (GLCCA) Employment and Skills Board met to discuss skills and employment initiatives in the region. The board unanimously approved recommendations regarding the Care Leaver Covenant, signalling support for the Care Leaver community, and endorsed recommendations related to the devolution of the Adult Skills Fund (ASF), including strategic priorities, a strategic skills plan, and commissioning plans.
