Joint Consultative Committee - Thursday, 4th September, 2025 2.00 pm

The Joint Consultative Committee met to approve the minutes of their previous meeting, and to hear from Cliff Morton, the Interim Chief People Officer and Executive Director of People and HR, who introduced himself to the committee. The committee then moved into a non-public session to discuss non-public minutes, items raised by the GMB[^2] and Unite[^3] unions, and a confidential item.

Barbican Estate Residents Consultation Committee - Monday, 1st September, 2025 6.30 pm

The Barbican Estate Residents Consultation Committee (RCC) convened to discuss key issues affecting residents, including approving an in-house maintenance team, appointing an expert witness for Ben Jonson House, and addressing service charge updates. The committee also reviewed reports from various working parties and discussed ongoing repairs and maintenance projects.

Court of Common Council - Thursday, 24th July, 2025 1.00 pm

The Court of Common Council was scheduled to meet to discuss a range of issues, including improvements to Leadenhall Street, changes to the Fraud and Cyber Crime Reporting and Analysis Service Procurement Committee, and a new project management framework. They were also scheduled to consider appointments to various boards, applications for the Freedom of the City, and reports from the Audit and Risk Management Committee and the Comptroller & City Solicitor.

Member Development and Standards Sub Committee - Tuesday, 8th July, 2025 2.00 pm

The Member Development and Standards Sub Committee were scheduled to meet to discuss the annual report of the Panel of Independent Persons, review the 2025 Member Induction Programme, and consider the future programme for member learning and development.
