Key decisions included the approval of Cardiff's draft Active Travel Network Map for public consultation, the award of a construction contract for Cardiff Crossrail Phase 1A to John Graham Construction Limited, and the purchase of a block of 40 apartments in Cathays to provide council-managed accommodation.
