Place Committee - Thursday 20 November 2025 7:30 pm

The Kingston upon Thames Place Committee met on 20 November 2025 and approved the proposed schemes listed in Annex 1 of the Proposed Local Implementation Plan (LIP) Programme 2026/27 for submission to Transport for London (TfL). The committee also delegated authority to the Director of Highways, Transport and Regulatory Services, in consultation with the relevant Portfolio Holder, to approve any necessary adjustments or prioritisation of the proposed schemes if TfL amends the funding levels.

The Kingston and North Kingston Neighbourhood Committee met on Tuesday 18 November 2025, and discussed traffic calming measures, planning applications, and community infrastructure levy funds. The committee approved recommendations for the allocation of Neighbourhood Community Infrastructure Levy (NCIL) funds, but deferred a decision on the Tudor Library Mindful Garden supplementary request.

Annual Meeting, Standing Advisory Council on Religious Education - Monday 20 October 2025 6:30 pm

The Standing Advisory Council on Religious Education (SACRE) of Kingston upon Thames Council met to discuss religious education and worship in Kingston schools. The agenda included the appointment of a chair and vice-chair, updates on SACRE matters, and a review of the annual report.
