The Licensing Sub Committee decided to modify the conditions of the premises licence for Dulce Pecado on 07 September 2026. The decision included modifying operating hours, approving additional noise management conditions, and accepting proposed conditions from the license holder.

The Licensing Sub Committee decided to grant a new premises licence for Milcana Café Annexe. The decision was made on 07/09/2026. The licence was granted subject to one modification regarding alcohol sales hours and other conditions proposed by the police.

The Cabinet Member for Health, Social Care, and Wellbeing approved the retrospective implementation of Contract Standing Orders 08 and 2.02(b). The Service Agreements with Care Sante Limited and Verity Health Care Limited were varied to extend their terms for up to ten months from 1 March 2026 to 31 December 2026. This extension allows for continued service delivery during a re-commissioning period.

The Cabinet of Haringey Council decided on 10/03/2026 to approve the Homelessness Strategy 2026–2027. They also noted the Homelessness Review and the outcome of the formal consultation on the Draft Homelessness Strategy. Authority was delegated to the Corporate Director of Adults and Housing, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Housing and the Director of Finance, to approve an action plan for publication.

The Cabinet of Haringey Council approved the Digital Inclusion Policy and the proposed Enhanced Offer detailed in the Digital Inclusion Roadmap on 10 March 2026. This decision supports residents in accessing council services digitally by choice and ensures no one is excluded as services move online. The approved Enhanced Offer includes recruiting volunteer digital ambassadors, hosting a Digital Inclusion Fair, and developing a local device donation and recycling scheme.
