This report seeks approval to formally opt into the ESPO Framework Agreement ‘Technology Enabled Care Products and Services’ (Ref: 203_25), which provides a compliant and efficient route to market for the ongoing procurement of telecare equipment and service requirements. Major International Event Investment

Newcastle City Council have submitted key information to form a bid for Newcastle to be a host city for a key international event. The council will need to make a financial commitment towards the cost of the host city requirements. In order to proceed we must also sign a host city agreement. A decision is required to make the financial commitment and sign the host city agreement following approvals from legal services.
