Strategic Planning Committee - Wednesday, 10th September, 2025 7.00 pm

The Haringey Council Strategic Planning Committee met on 7 July to discuss planning reforms, development management, spatial planning and building control. The committee also reviewed the Haringey Authority Monitoring Report 2020-2024 and the Haringey Infrastructure Funding Statement 2023/24. The committee resolved to note both reports.

Planning Sub Committee - Monday, 8th September, 2025 7.00 pm

The Haringey Council Planning Sub Committee met on 8 September 2025, and resolved to grant planning permission for developments at 37-39 West Road and 13 Bedford Road. The committee also heard a pre-application briefing for a development at 312 High Road.

Licensing Sub Committee - Thursday, 14th August, 2025 7.00 pm

The Licensing Sub Committee of Haringey Council scheduled a meeting to discuss a new premises licence application for De Mamas Kitchen Woodgreen, and Temporary Event Notices for Chez Nicky and Pirates Grog Rum. The sub-committee was scheduled to consider the application for a new premises licence at De Mamas Kitchen Woodgreen, taking into account representations received from other parties.

The Haringey Council Planning Sub Committee scheduled a meeting to discuss several planning applications, pre-application briefings, and updates on major proposals. The committee was also expected to review applications determined under delegated powers and confirm the minutes of a previous meeting.

Licensing Committee - Monday, 28th July, 2025 7.00 pm

The Licensing Committee of Haringey Council met on 28 July 2025 to discuss a consultation on a draft statement of licensing policy, and revisions to the Massage and Special Treatment licensing function.
