Suspension of Procedure Rules and Public Questions

The council is scheduled to consider a procedural motion to suspend Procedure Rule 17A(1). This rule typically restricts public questions to ordinary meetings. If approved, this suspension would allow for public participation at this special meeting. Following any such approval, the council would then receive and answer questions submitted by members of the public, in accordance with Procedure Rule 17.
